Digital Ally Awarded $4 Million Contract for Police Body Cameras

Digital Ally, Inc. (DGLY) announced on February 4 that the company received its largest contract award in history. The contract is worth up to $4 million for the initial delivery of 5,000 police body cameras and ongoing web services. The contract includes web-based infrastructure services for an initial three-year period.

After the announcement, the stock price spiked to trade above $2.00 before the market open. The stock price faded throughout the day to close at $1.25 with a gain of 26.3%.
